A deeply relaxing one-to-one sound massage using singing bowls (commonly known as Tibetan singing bowls) placed on and around the body.

The vibrations help calm the nervous system, release tension and support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing.

The basic session lasts 50 minutes, with the possibility to extend if desired.

Sessions are held in my home studio in Camberwell, with travel available upon request.

Small group sound journeys where you simply lie down and allow the sounds of singing bowls, gong and other instruments to guide you into deep relaxation.

Sound baths can support stress reduction, improve sleep, calm the nervous system and bring the mind into a meditative state.

Sessions take place in Camberwell and last approximately 60 minutes.
Occasionally, extended overnight sound journeys and sound pyjamas ceremonies may also be offered.

Guided breath practices designed to regulate the nervous system and reconnect you with your body.

Conscious breathing can help reduce stress, increase oxygen flow, support emotional balance and improve mental clarity.

These group sessions last around one hour and take place in Camberwell.

A shared sound experience for partners, friends or family members.

You can choose between two formats: either alternating 30-minute massages for each person, or one person receiving the massage while the other relaxes and listens to the sounds.

Sessions are held in my home space in Camberwell, with travel possible for small private groups.

A gentle sound relaxation space for mothers with pre-walking babies.

During this 30-minute session you can rest, feed your baby or simply relax while surrounded by soothing sounds.

Sound vibrations can help calm both the mother’s and baby’s nervous system, supporting relaxation and emotional bonding.

Sessions take place in Camberwell.

Authentic online gatherings, mostly for women, where we meet for conversation, sharing and exploration of breath, sound and self-connection.

These sessions create a supportive space for reflection, inspiration and community for those who cannot attend in person.

Participants join from different parts of the world.

These gatherings combine sound, breath, movement and other wellbeing practices in collaboration with other facilitators.

Longer retreat experiences, usually lasting one or more nights, often organised in collaboration with other teachers.

These retreats allow deeper rest and exploration through sound, movement, breath and other practices supporting body, mind and emotional wellbeing. Organised with other facilitators.

An ancient group sound meditation practice using the vibration of the sound OM, shared globally through the teachings of Paramahamsa Vishwananda.

The collective chanting of OM helps restore inner balance, bring emotional calm and create a field of positive vibration.
